​Bridges To Life

Ershel Redd was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, but has spent the majority of his life in Texas. He retired in 2008 after spending 37 years in various phases of the energy business.

Following  his retirement, Ershel joined Bridges To Life as a volunteer facilitator in 2009 as a way to fulfill his commitment to his Roman Catholic faith by ministering to those at the margins of society. He now facilitates two juvenile and two adult programs for BTL each year, in addition to serving as the Chair of the Development Committee on the BTL Board.

Ershel and wife Jan have been married since 1972 and have two children and six grandchildren. Their daughter, Lori, is also a volunteer facilitator for Bridges To Life.
