Jose Limas Jr.

Units:  Daniel, FormbyMontford, Smith, Wallace, Wheeler

After serving as a BTL volunteer for 2 years, Jose has now joined the Bridges To Life staff as our new Lubbock/West Texas Regional Coordinator.

Jose is an ordained Reverend through Power Church of Bay City, Texas, and has over 10 years of pastoral experience. He also serves as a Certified Volunteer Chaplain's Assistant with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and since January 2018 has been involved in facilitating various rehabilitation programs at several TDCJ units. Jose is also the founder of John 8:32 Prison Ministry, a very active preaching ministry within several TDCJ units since August 2019.

A charismatic young man who actively seeks avenues through which he can be a blessing to others, Jose feels the most important lessons his parents taught him were to be humble and how to express love to others. These two lessons, along with the Holy Spirit’s anointing, empower him for a life of service.

Jose enjoys living in the great city of Lubbock with his two precious dogs, Champ and CJ.
