Henley Unit Map

The Henley Unit is located 5 miles North of Dayton on Highway 321 in Liberty County.

From Houston: Go I-10 East toward Beaumont. Take the East Beltway north about 3 miles to Hwy 90 and turn right (east). Stay on 90 East to Dayton. Turn left (north) at the light onto Hwy 321 toward Cleveland. Go 5 miles on Hwy 321 North and Henley Prison Unit entrance is on the left side of Hwy 321. Turn left and follow the prison road to the entrance to the Henley Unit. From the Galleria, it is about 58 miles to the prison, so figure 1 hour in regular daytime traffic and up to 1 1/4 hours in peak traffic.

From Beaumont: Go Hwy 90 West through Liberty to Dayton. Turn right, north on Hwy 321 toward Cleveland. Go 5 miles on Hwy 321 North and Henley rison Unit entrance is on the left side of Hwy 321. Turn left and follow the prison road to the entrance to the Henley Unit. The drive takes an hour in regular traffic conditions.
